When the internet came about, censorship was reborn with vengeance! How many people can u think of that don’t use a tool of the internet to inform themselves? A wise man once said.” It’s easier to fool people than to convince them that they have been fooled”

“It’s easier to fool people than to convince them that they have been fooled”

That’s an amazing insight into the human psyche.

Yes, imagine being so naive as to think Wikipedia is a brilliant resource. Actually, it was for a few minutes, but long after Wiki had become a propaganda and gaslighting app I was among the gullible.

Wikipedia is embarrassing. It’s like they take dictation from MSNBC

This is a fantastic article, Michael! I wrote something similar recently on censorship as it relates to the tactics the legacy news media institutions have been employing to thwart the spread of independent news outlets. Someone replied and told me “censorship doesn’t exist in America to that scale because Twitter exists.” I don’t know how delusional one has to be to offer that retort, but that’s where we are as a country today. People won’t feel the impact of the boot until it’s on their neck.

Even when the boot is on their neck they will still rationalize it away. It could be anything from “that’s the cost of living in a democracy” or “my neck is a little sore today. It must be muscular”

Please send a link to your article. I’d like to read it.

I couldn’t agree more. KGB defector Yuri Bezmenov revealed as much. There’s not much you can do once people have been so demoralized.

Here’s the link to that censorship article:

People seem to think all the very bad stuff happened yesterday or the day before but today, for some magical reason, the political world is corruption free and our leaders, closer to mega corporations and building greater personal fortunes than any time in history, are good actors, looking out for us above all. Though it does depend on one's affiliation...But the main reason people think magically and believe extraordinary bullshit imho is that the alternative is terrifying.

"Disinformation" simply means "any information that the Establishment doesn't like". Similarly, "free and fair election" means that "the Establishment muppet won."

When it was assumed that HRC had the 2016 election in the bag, we were smugly informed that election interference doesn't happen any more. When the coronation was derailed, every MSM mouthpiece and Team D politician suddenly started sounding like Birchers who had a few too many. Then 2020 was pronounced to be The Freest And Fairest Election Evah, once Biden wheezed over the line.

Hell, no election is even necessary any more. We are duly assured that Ukraine doesn't need elections, since Zelenskii surely would win, no need to ask anyone. We can just assume,

It’s so true. The west runs on its own interests only. The US just wants countries that does its bidding. They don’t care about democracy. Actually they prefer dictators, as long as they will be subservient to the US. Look at Sisi in Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, etc

Putin won’t do the US’ bidding, so he’s public enemy #1

Rumble is currently unavailable in Brazil due to government demands (aka censorship)

They demanded that Rumble remove Russian content from their platform. Rumble refused and cut France off. Regardless of who pulled the plug, it’s still censorship.

The analysis of the censorship and disinformation agenda being used by the western elite globalists is excellent . Without control their motives become much harder to achieve. The more diverse outlets we have to battle this movement the better our chances are in keeping our freedoms and rights.

I think if we go to another media paradigm it would have to be some sort of independent model. Having either the government or privately owned leads to censorship must be sone direct funding with no advertising

Ireland is also a country to watch. They have some seriously scary legislation around.

The Irish did beat back a "reform" of the child and family laws via referendum.

With luck, they will do it to the hate speech legislation.

I always wonder if that was a deal with devil. The government would protect platforms from lawsuits as long as the government can decide what platforms can post.

May be the case as of now, I believe these platforms were given immunity as so long as they could trace and recognize faces, hence FACEbook!

Facial recognition anyone? Everyone submitted thier legal name and photo so friends could easily find them
